Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026 · iceexch9 ID desk

This policy explains what information iceexch9.in (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit this website or contact our ID desk, why we use it and how you can control it. It applies to iceexch9.in and the WhatsApp conversations started from it.

Information we collect

  • Website usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, on which devices, and roughly from where. This data is aggregated and does not tell us who you are.
  • WhatsApp conversations. If you message the desk, we see your WhatsApp number, display name and the messages you send, including any payment screenshots you share.
  • Account details. To create and support your ID we keep your chosen username and the number linked to it.

The website itself has no sign-in form and does not collect passwords. We never ask for your password or OTP.

How we use it

  • To create your ID, answer your questions and help with deposits, withdrawals and password resets.
  • To confirm you are 18 or older and to help prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To improve this website, based on aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to provide the service (for example, with the platform where your ID is created), with service providers such as WhatsApp and Google Analytics under their own terms, or where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep chat and account information only for as long as it is needed to support your ID and meet legal obligations. Please protect your side too: keep your password private and delete sensitive screenshots from shared devices.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your chat history and close your ID, by messaging the desk. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. See also our terms and conditions and contact page.
